Lady Bears Secure First Win Of The Season

       Behind the three-point shooting of Shklar Olsen and the rebounding of Chloe Garret, the Sterling Lady Bears picked up their first win of the season by the score of 49-26 over the Lyons Lady Lions. Olsen, who finished with 20 points, knocked down six shots from beyond the arc to pace Sterling (1-9). Garrett was a force inside with 14 rebounds, including six on the offensive end.
      Lyons (1-10) was led in scoring by Sierra Belote with 12 points. Sterling will face Smoky Valley on Friday for fifth place, while Lyons will matchup against Hutchinson Trinity for seventh. Both games will be played at Sterling High School.
