​Kingman Lady Eagles Advance Behind Freund and Watkins

          Led by seniors Morgan Freund and Shay Watkins, the Kingman Lady Eagles had little trouble with the Lyons Lady Lions, picking up a 50-21 win in the first round. Freund and Watkins each had 14 points for Kingman (3-7) while their defense held Lyons (1-9) scoreless in the second quarter.
      Kingman advances to the semi-finals on Thursday and will play top-seeded Southeast of Saline at 7:30 pm at Sterling High School. Lyons will also play on Thursday in the consolation bracket against county rival and tournament host Sterling at 3:00 pm. That game will also be played at Sterling High School.
